Use this scenario with your staff to test their:
- Understanding of how to handle a safeguarding situation
- Knowledge of your procedures

If you send it to staff by email, make sure you use the versions without the answers, and change the file name to avoid giving the answer away through staff seeing what safeguarding issue the scenario is about.
