We developed this 1-hour session with equality training and consultancy provider, EqualiTeach, as part of our 2021 safeguarding and child protection INSET pack.
Primary school staff will learn:
- How gender stereotypes, sexism and rape culture underpin what you're talking about, and what staff might see in school
- How to challenge victim blaming and low-level sexual harassment in the moment
- What harmful sexual behaviours might look like
- How to report concerns and respond to allegations
Secondary school staff will learn:

- How to challenge victim blaming and low-level sexual harassment in the moment
- What abuse in intimate personal relationships between children might look like
- How to report concerns and respond to allegations
