Supporting pupils' mental health: training library

Our courses give staff the practical knowledge to spot the signs a pupil may be struggling and support pupils' mental health and wellbeing generally, and equip staff to support pupils who are suffering from specific conditions, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders and PTSD.

mental-health-courses

With waiting lists for mental health services at an all-time high, your staff may be having to do more and more to support your pupils' mental health. Our library of training materials gives your DSL the option to run in-person training with our ready-made staff briefing packs, or to assign eLearning courses that staff can take at a time that suits them.

Who is Safeguarding for?

There’s no limit to the number of users you can add to any of our memberships, but schools tell us The Key Safeguarding is particularly useful for:

  • Designated safeguarding leads
  • Classroom teachers
  • All staff
  • Volunteers and contractors
  • Deputy designated safeguarding leads
  • Parents and carers
  • Governors
We used the KCSIE training in September and then the eLearning and other presentations throughout the year. Staff have commented that they find the safeguarding scenarios that I send out on a regular basis a great refresher, keeping safeguarding at the forefront of everyone's mind.
