This course is fully up to date with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) 2023, as published by the DfE on 1 September 2023. We're currently updating it to reflect the new KCSIE 2024, to be ready for you in the autumn term.

This elearning course provides all the safer-recruitment know-how you need to make sure your recruitment practice meets statutory requirements and does everything possible to protect children from risk of harm.
In approximately 2 hours, you'll learn about:

- Pre-appointment checks

- How to maintain a safer working environment
As you progress through the course, you'll be able to download resources that will help you with different stages of the recruitment process back in school.
