Lesson plan pack: thinking about your behaviour towards others online (primary)

Download this pack to teach an online safety lesson on being kind online, and how pupils should deal with inappropriate behaviour. 

We've reviewed this pack in light of the Online Safety Act 2023.

Pupils will learn:

• What counts as inappropriate or abusive behaviour online
• How online bullying can harm other people, even after the behaviour stops
• How to be kind online
• What to do if they see abusive or unpleasant behaviour online

This pack includes a presentation, printable sheets for pupils to use during a roleplay activity within the lesson, and delivery notes to help the teacher prepare and deliver the lesson.
