The Key's confidence tracker

Confidence tracker is an online self-assessment tool used to identify safeguarding training needs and reduce risk.

DSLs can email a link to all staff, who can self-assess their confidence across a handful of key areas. Results are then automatically summarised on the school’s training dashboard, identifying opportunities for further training and support.
